You may check the status of your order if you are a registered user by clicking Login in the upper-right hand corner of the site. You will need to provide the order number and billing zip code.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the tracking number for your package. We utilize UPS and USPS for delivery services.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's tracking system.
If you select 'signature required' at checkout the order must be signed for at the time of delivery and cannot be let at the front door.
