ALL ONLINE PURCHASES SHOULD BE RETURNED TO OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL (USA ONLY)
In the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to accept your prompt return. To ensure proper handling of your order, be sure to do the following:
- Complete the return slip that arrived with your order in its entirety. You may use the pre-paid UPS shipping label enclosed in your order. You are also free to use your own mail carrier to complete your return. If mailing via a method other than the pre-paid UPS shipping label enclosed in your original order, make sure to add delivery insurance and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
- Retain a copy of your receipt for your records until the transaction has been completed.
- Pack and drop off your merchandise at a mailing center and keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Online orders returned will be processed within approximately 14-21 business days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will do our best to process all returns, however, there may be outstanding cases where we may not be able to offer a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error.
HOW TO RETURN A SHOPRUNNER PURCHASE BY MAIL
For items shipped via ShopRunner, customers will need to return items with ShopRunner return label to receive free returns. To obtain your pre-paid return label simply sign in to the My Account section on www.shoprunner.com. ShopRunner members need to follow the retailer's return policies and instructions. Next to each eligible order there is a link to generate a pre-paid return label. Print the label, affix it to your return packaging and follow the rest of the retailer's return instructions. Please remember that only items shipped via ShopRunner are eligible for free returns. If you purchase a non-ShopRunner eligible item from a participating retailer or if you purchase items from any ShopRunner participating retailer prior to joining ShopRunner, you will not be able to obtain a pre-paid return label from us. Please note that ShopRunner free return service does not apply to Aeropost members.
With the original receipt:
- Within 30 days of purchase: A full refund of the original purchase amount will be credited to the original form of payment. If the original payment was by gift card, a full refund will be issued on either a Victoria’s Secret or Bath & Body Works gift card.
- Greater than 30 days after purchase: A full refund will be issued on either a Victoria’s Secret or Bath & Body Works gift card.
Without a receipt:
- A refund for the lowest selling price will be issued in the form of a Victoria’s Secret or Bath & Body Works gift card.
With a gift receipt:
- A refund will for the amount on the gift receipt will be issued in the form of a Victoria’s Secret or Bath & Body Works gift card.
- Items purchased with monogram or embroidery, are final sale and cannot be returned. All sale at or over 50% off are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are considered final sale as well.
- Gift cards and E-gift cards cannot be returned and will be redeemable online and in stores at Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works.TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO GIFT CARDS.
