Can promotions be combined with other offers or sale items?
Promotional offers are valid on full-priced merchandise only unless otherwise indicated. Limit of one promotional code per order. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Promotions are not valid on sale merchandise, gift cards, shipping & handling, taxes and individual items priced over $5,000 unless otherwise indicated.
Where do I enter my promo code?
In order to take advantage of a Henri Bendel promotion, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page and click the “Apply” button. Promotional codes are case sensitive. The value of the promotion will either be applied to your order subtotal, to will appear on each discounted item in your cart. If a promotion is tied to the use of an A-List Credit Card, promotions will be applied AFTER the card is entered as the tender type. Often promotions will automatically apply to your cart. In this case, no promotional code is necessary to redeem.
Can promotions be applied to previous purchases?
Price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise are not available.
What is your policy on free gifts?
For Gifts with Purchase, your order has to be placed during the time frame of the promotion and meet any minimum purchase requirements. Gifts with purchase are valid on sale & full-priced merchandise unless otherwise specified.
What is your policy on price adjustments?
A one-time price adjustment will be honored within 10 days from the date you place your order. Online sale price must be for the same style, color, and size as the product originally purchased. A one-time price adjustment will be honored within 10 days of the original purchase. Item must be in stock and available for purchase in Henri Bendel stores at time of price adjustment request to qualify for a price adjustment. Please visit your local store to request a price adjustment. You must have your original receipt present at the time of the adjustment.
How long does it take to receive my welcome code?
Normally it takes customers 1 to 2 hours to receive their promotional Welcome Code via email. If you enter your email via our pop-up on site, the promotional code will appear in a banner at the top of the site. Enter your unique promotion code at checkout to redeem. Welcome offer is valid on full-priced merchandise only and cannot be combined with any other offers.
What does Final Sale mean?
Items purchased with monogram or embroidery, are final sale and cannot be returned. All sale at or over 50% off are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are considered final sale as well and cannot be returned.
Why do some states have sales tax on HenriBendel.com and others do not?
Henri Bendel collects sales tax based on state sales tax nexus rules. Sales tax will be collected on applicable items in these states by shipping address and jurisdiction. Please note that tax calculations are based on the state of the shipping address on your order.
MONOGRAMMING, EMBROIDERY AND GIFT WRAP
What items can be monogramed or embroidered?
We currently offer the personalization of Monogramming and Embroidery on select items online. If the service is available on the item in question, the option to add personalization will appear on the product page.
What colors and letters do you offer?
For monogramming, we offer Gold and Silver and the letters A through Z. For embroidery, colors are seasonal and we offer the letters A through Z. Font choices are Block or Italic for embroidery. For both services we offer 1 to 3 letters. Please note all characters are the exact same size and we suggest that the initials are in the order of first name, middle name, last name. If you are monogramming/embroidering only one or two letters, enter these starting in the first box.
Do all orders get gift wrapped?
No. We do offer a complimentary brown & white striped bag with every order. The option of gift wrapping is offered for a flat rate of $5 per item. To select gift wrap options for your items, add the desired items to your shopping cart and click Checkout to review the items in your order. Select ‘Add/Edit Gift Options’ A window will open with the option to select gift wrap and write a personalized note. Please note you will have to select gift wrap on each item in your order if you wish to have them all wrapped. The personalized message is a complimentary service we provide at no cost.
GIFT CARDS AND E-GIFT CARDS
What amounts do you offer for gift cards?
You may purchase gift cards with $25, $50, $75 and $100. If you wish to purchase gift cards in any other amount, please contact our Customer Care department by phone at 1-800-HBENDEL (1-800-423-6335) or by email at Support@Henribendel.com. Gift cards are shipped in our Signature Brown & White mini hatbox to the shipping address provided. Gift card shipping fees are determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.
I lost my gift card, can you replace it?
If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Henri Bendel may replace it if you provide the card number. Replacement value will be the value of the card at the time Henri Bendel receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized use.
Can I return my gift card?
Gift cards are not returnable and non-refundable. All gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale.
How can I find out the balance of a gift card or e-gift card?
You can check your balance at any time in your Bendel Bag or by calling 1-800-HBENDEL (1-800-423-6335). For all other Gift Card inquiries, please contact us.
This card is issued by Henri Bendel GC LLC and is redeemable for merchandise only, and for cash when the balance is under $10 (this amount could change, based on future revisions to applicable laws, in which case such a change will be reflected on our online and in-store return policies, and on subsequently issued gift cards), at Henri Bendel United States (US) stores and online for US-domestic orders at www.henribendel.com. This card may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, used to pay down a credit card balance or buy another gift card. If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Henri Bendel (US) may replace it if you provide the card number. Replacement card will be the value of the card at the time Henri Bendel (US) fully processes your request. This card carries no expiration date.

How do I redeem A-List Rewards online?
You will enter your unique code in the promo code field at checkout. The promotional code is only valid during the time frame printed on your reward certificate.
Can I use my A-List Credit Card In-stores?
Yes! The Henri Bendel A-List Credit Card is a valid form of payment for in-store or online purchases at Henri Bendel.
How do I apply for an A-List Credit Card?

What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 800.423.6335. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as we can.
Is my item under warranty?
At Henri Bendel we pride ourselves on the workmanship and quality of our product. Enjoy a one year limited warranty from the original date of purchase on our handbags, baby bags, small leather goods, luggage and jewelry. Warranty is available only to the original purchaser or original gift recipient. Proof of purchase or gift receipt is required. If your handbag, baby bag, small leather good, luggage or jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will happily replace the item with the same or comparable product or repair it, free of charge. All technology accessories and gifts with purchase are excluded. The warranties offered by Henri Bendel do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than Henri Bendel. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Will Henri Bendel repair my item?
If your Henri Bendel handbag or small leather good is in need of repair past our one year warranty, we highly recommend contacting our preferred repair vendor. What if I lost my return label?
If you have lost your return label or prefer to return your merchandise through your preferred carrier, please click here for printable return label. You are responsible for the cost of the return. Choose an insured, traceable delivery service.
Jewelry: Our jewelry and hair collections are handmade with nickel-free premium metals, semi-precious stones and other materials of the utmost quality. For best treatment, we recommend storing items individually in a dust bag or pouch, as well as regularly cleaning with a soft solvent-free cloth. While wearing your Henri Bendel jewelry do not expose to water, especially salt-water or chlorinated water. Apply any sprays or creams prior to wear.
Leather: Our leather is a natural raw material and should be treated with care.
