APRIL 2009: Haute List: "Bendel's Bazaar". Henri Bendel is working a new rotation. A nod to the store's layout in the 1960's, Bendel's "Street of Shops" concept brings designers and brands in shop-in-shops, ideal for those with retail ADD. This week's designers-the installations could last anywhere from one week to four months-include Gerard Yosca and House of Lavande jewels, Jee Vice and Carrera sunglasses, Chan Luu scarves, Biern handbags and Bella Cucina edibles. Upcoming shops include Nixon watches and Functionalab beauty supplements.
